Priority launch markets: USA, UAE, South America, Central America and Mexico
We open markets where the team already has relationships on the ground. Each one follows the same sequence, and registration in the next territory begins while the current one is still launching.
The company’s home market, and where the global parent company is registered.
A facility is planned in the UAE to serve the Gulf and wider Middle East market.
Established partners already in place across the region.
Opening alongside South America, served by the same regional network.
Home ground for our Chief Agronomist, and one of the team’s deepest networks.
Our regional focus is twofold, and the two halves pull in opposite directions on purpose.
The first is volume. We prioritize high-volume production markets, specifically the USA, Canada and Central and South America, where the vast majority of grain and soybean crops are produced, to maximize market share.
The second is difficulty. We focus on regions with the world’s most challenging growing conditions, such as the Middle East Gulf region, to support those countries and populations directly in overcoming critical food security issues.
Agriculture is where commercialization starts. The molecular size and the surfactant and chelating properties that make the formulation work in a field apply well beyond one.
The surfactant action of the nano micelles dissolves the lipid components of microorganism cell walls, which makes the formulation an antimicrobial against both bacteria and viruses. It has also shown results as an insecticide and larvicide against mosquitoes, which matters as climate change widens the range of the vectors that carry disease.
The same micelles break lipids, grease, fats and complex oils into much shorter molecular chains. Naturally occurring microorganisms digest those chains and return them to the surrounding ecosystem as nutrients. The process works in both soil and water remediation, including ground and water hit by crude oil spills.
The chelating and bonding properties of the nano micelles let the formulation combine with mRNA and other biologically active molecules and carry them to a target cell. In preliminary research, mRNA carried this way reached the nuclei of plant cells with an 85% success rate, modifying the genetic code of a hot pepper plant.
The global parent company is based in Delaware, USA. Regional companies open under it as launch markets go live.
Local partners become part of each regional company rather than sitting outside it, so the people who know a market have a stake in how it grows.
